Congratulations to Mr. Ruwan Hulugalle, elected to be the 1st Chair of the Law Committee, American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia

BNG Legal is delighted to congratulate Mr. Ruwan S. Hulugalle, a Legal Consultant and the Department Head of the Corporate and Banking Department at BNG Legal, for becoming the 1st Chair of the Law Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (AmCham).

Understanding the significance of a Law Committee and the potential of Mr. Hulugalle, AmCham’s members entrusted Mr. Ruwan Hulugalle to be the First Chair of this Committee. Mr. Ruwan Hulugalle has worked on a range of issues in the public and private sectors since 2006 including as a private consultant and as commercial advisor for the U.S. Department of State. This Law Committee is a newly established committee among another 7 committees including Women, Real Estate and Construction, Education, ICT, CSR, Tax, and Beer, Wine, and Spirits Committee.
