Ms. Bonnie SIN

Legal Consultant

Ms. SIN Bonnie is a Legal consultant in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group. Bonnie holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law of University Pantheon-Assas Paris II. She also holds two Bachelors: a Bachelor of Comparative Law Degree from the University of Lumière Lyon II and Royal University of Law and Economics, under a joint program with Lumière Lyon II University in Cambodia. She also holds a Bachelor of Translation from the specialist Mandarin Chinese program at CHONG ZHENG School and a Bachelor of General Mandarin Chinese Program at KWONG SIEW School. She is a member of the Association Henri Capitant Cambodia.

Before joining BNG Legal, Bonnie interned at CREAD (Centre de Recherche Appliqué en Droit) and also was a Mandarin Chinese tutor for many years.

As a speaker on the seminar Belt and Road Legal Risk Prevention in Qing Dao of China, Bonnie also completed the seminar on Belt and Road submit 2017 in Hongkong. She also participated in the exchange scholarship program in Paris & Nante, France.

At BNG Legal, she has assisted number of foreign clients, especially Chinese investors on corporate and real estate matters such as conducting the legal due diligence, corporate registrations and its compliance, merger and acquisition, and other corporate structure amendments for QIP and non-QIP company. Bonnie also advises on various types of commercial contracts and construction contracts.

She is very experienced in helping multinational companies to register and enforce their intellectual property rights in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Bonnie has contributed to the researching paper on Doing Business of World Bank in 2017 on “Protecting Minority Investors in Cambodia” and other newsletters in corporate sector.
