Junior Legal Associate
Ms. Judineath MENG is a Junior Legal Associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney, where she also completed her Practical Legal Training under a Criminal Law Barrister with the NSW Bar Association. She is currently pursuing dual Master’s degrees in International Law (Public International Law and International Business Law) at the Royal University of Law and Economics.
At BNG Legal, Judineath mainly specializes in Intellectual Property Law. She has assisted and advised both local and international clients in all Intellectual Property Rights related matters, compliance and legal protection. She also specialize and work closely with the government officer in copyrights and related rights registration and permit license of commercial of use of world heritage temple registration.
During her studies, Judineath participated in a Legal Project Management program, where she led a team in preparing a comprehensive internal report for a client on the legal implications of generative AI. Her work involved extensive research and analysis across multiple areas of law, including copyright, contract law, professional obligations, breach of confidence, and fiduciary duties, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Prior to joining BNG Legal, Judineath gained experience through internships in criminal law in New South Wales, Australia, and corporate law in Cambodia. Her work included legal research using established databases, assisting in drafting criminal defence submissions and court documents, contract review, legal translation, and liaising with government authorities.
Judineath mainly specializes on intellectual property matters and Enforcement.
She is fluent in Khmer and English.
