Legal Advisor
Ms. Yasmine BENKOULA is a Legal Consultant at BNG Legal.
She works in the Intellectual Property & Technology and Corporate & Banking Practice Groups.
Yasmine has completed her Master’s Degree in private law at Jean Monnet University (Paris XI) in France and has obtained her second year Master’s Degree in French-Asian Business Law at the Pantheon Assas University, conducted at the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
Prior to joining BNG Legal, Yasmine has had various work experience in both France and Cambodia. She worked for one and a half years at another leading law firm in Phnom Penh, where she was involved in compliance and due diligence projects. Yasmine has also completed several internships in Paris, including placements in a notary office and with a lawyer at the Cassation Court and State Council, which has given her knowledge in procedural law and legal memorandum redaction in the private law sector.
She is working towards becoming a member of the Paris Bar.
Yasmine speaks French and English.
