Legal Consultant
Thomas Jeffery is a Legal Consultant at BNG Legal.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Bristol in the UK, one of Britain’s leading universities.
At BNG Legal he has been involved in projects relating to corporate due diligence, real estate, employment and more, whilst working in both the corporate and general practice departments. This has included advising on company incorporation, employment policies, the implications of mergers and acquisitions and analysing documents to ensure corporate compliance. He is a member of the International Bar Association and Law Asia.
Prior to joining BNG Legal, in over a decade in Cambodia he has been involved in numerous business and corporate dealings, giving him extensive knowledge of the business environment of Cambodia.
He is a native English speaker whilst also speaking Khmer at an advanced level.
