Senior Legal Associate
Seyha is a Senior Legal Associate at BNG Legal. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in law from Pannasastra University of Cambodia and a master’s degree of justice and social administration (JSA) from Burapha University in Thailand. He is completing his LL.M. in private law at the Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia.
Prior to joining BNG Legal, he has held various legal positions providing a wide range of experience. Seyha has worked as a legal officer at a professional employers’ organization, advising garment factories on labour law compliance and dispute resolution. In addition, he has worked as a senior legal advisor for both national and international NGOs in Cambodia, notably working on legal and policy advocacy strategy for agricultural cooperative development. He has also worked as a legal assistant at a multi-national brewery, supporting legal compliance in all facets of operation.
At BNG Legal, Seyha assists in labour matters, civil disputes, real estate & civil status registration in addition to a plethora of corporate matters such as company set up, corporate compliance and due diligence, specializing in the garment and agricultural sectors.
Seyha speaks Khmer, English and Thai.
