Darvin is a Principal Partner at BNG Legal and Head of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice and Technology. He is a licensed Trademark Agent registered with the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia and admitted to practice law since 1997.
As a licensed Trademark Agent and Attorney, Darvin has significant experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement. He is familiar with the IP’s institutional frameworks in relation to the Department of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Commerce as well as the Patent and Industrial Design Offices at the Ministry of Industry and Handicraft. Darvin has actively participated and conducted various conferences on Intellectual Property and technology development in Cambodia as well as in the region; and has also written several articles related to the update on Cambodian Intellectual Property laws and issues.

Ms. Keopichchenda Long, Senior Legal Associate
Ms. Keopichchenda Long is a Legal Advisor and Head of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group.
Keopichchenda holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and International Affairs from the University of Jean Moulin Lyon III. She also holds two Bachelor’s Degrees: Bachelor Degree in Private Law from the University of Lyon II and a Bachelor Degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Law, under a joint program with Lumière Lyon II University in Cambodia. She is a member of Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA), International Trademark Association (INTA), Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia (IPAC) and Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA).
