Legal Advisor
Adam Gibbons is a member in the International Group of BNG Legal. He is a member of the US state bar of New York. Adam holds a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, and studied in an international exchange program at Hong Kong University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Utah State University.
Adam currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel for a US SEC registered investment adviser and broker-dealer, where he is responsible for all regulatory and legal matters.
Adam’s expertise include federal and state securities laws, business organizations, financial law, and corporate governance. He has worked on various commercial projects, including business development in China for a real estate firm.
Adam is fluent in English and Khmer.
