Bopha Sin is Legal Associate in the Corporate and Investment Practice Group. Bopha holds a Master degree of International Business Law from the University of Paris II, in partnership with Royal University of Law and Economic (RULE) and a Master of International comparative law from Royal University of law and Economics. She also holds dual Bachelors of Comparative Law from the University of Lumière Lyon II and of Cambodian Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics. She holds a Bachelor of Translation from the specialist Mandarin Chinese program at CHONG ZHENG School and a Bachelor of Translation Chinese Program at KWONG SIEW School. She has completed a number of trainings such as the program “Labcitoyen” related to Human Right in 21st century at Institute Francais de Paris and de Nante, France and “Economic Impacts of Global and Regional Development in Cambodia”
She is a member of Law Asia and Henri Capitant Association of Cambodia (AHCC). She has been speaker in several seminars conducted. Recently, she was a speaker on “Legal risks in doing business in Cambodia” in the seminar on the Belt and Road Legal Risk Prevention in Qingdao, China.
At BNG Legal, her areas of practice include Corporate and Investment law and practice, investment law and labor law. She assists multi-national companies and local companies in setting up differences type of companies and foreign office in Cambodia, acquisition and merger, post in incorporation, dissolves company, labor and business compliance and licensing. Further, she is qualified to assists client in drafting and reviewing commercial agreement, lease agreement, shareholder agreement, due diligence on difference type of companies, including corporate structure, corporate current status, tax compliance.
Bopha speaks Khmer, Mandarin Chinese, English and French.
