Ms. Chankoulika Bo, Senior Legal Advisor

Ms. Chankoulika Bo is a Senior Legal Advisor with BNG Legal. Koulika has recently graduated a PhD degree in the area of Education Policy Analysis from Flinders University, Australia. During her PhD study from 2012 to November 2016, she has conducted numerous researches on public policies and education policies in Cambodia and how these policies contribute to the social and economic development. Koulika holds a Master in Labor Law from Lumière Lyon II University, a Pre Master Degree in Private law (Maitrise), a Bachelor Degree of Private Law from Lumière Lyon II University in France and a Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics.

Ms. Bopha Sin is Legal Advisor in the Corporate and Investment Practice Group. Bopha holds a Bachelor of Comparative Law Degree from University of Lumière Lyon II and a Bachelor of Cambodian Law under a joint curriculum between Lumière Lyon II University, France and Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia. She also participated in the program “Labcitoyen” in Paris & Nante, France. She also holds a Bachelor of Translation from the specialist Mandarin Chinese program at CHONG ZHENG School and a Bachelor of General Mandarin Chinese Program at KWONG SIEW School. Before joining BNG Legal, Bopha interned at CREAD (Centre de Recherche Appliqué en Droit) and also was a Mandarin Chinese tutor for many years.

Acquisition and Due Diligence Multi National Company BNG Legal provided due diligence services for Multi National Company for the indirect acquisition of a local bottler. We reviewed all of the relevant documents for compliance with local law and advised the company on specific steps and strategies necessary to maintain compliance throughout the acquisition process.
Factory Sale Foreign-owned garment factory BNG Legal advised and drafted this garment factory in the sale of its Cambodian assets. BNG Legal used its knowledge of Cambodian contract law to advise and draft the asset sales agreements.
Acquisition and Due Diligence Global Oil and Gas Group BNG Legal represented one of the world’s largest oil and gas groups in its acquisition of a competitor’s Cambodian asset, and established its legal operating entity.
