Agathe Moulins is a French trainee lawyer currently working with BNG Legal in the IP department, in Phnom Penh. Agathe graduated a Master Degree in IP/IT law at University Paris XI, before passing the Bar exam in France, in 2016. Being trained in the Bar, she has developed a solid expertise in criminal and civil law. At BNG, her areas of practices are IP law, civil law and business law.
Before joining BNG, Agathe has carried out several internships in law firms and companies in Shanghai and Paris. She has worked on IP litigation, commercial agreements, as well as on personal data protection. Her legal qualification and experiences allow her to work effectively on a wide range of legal matters not only on IP law, but also more generally commercial, civil and criminal laws. Her internships in various firms have provided her extensive working experiences in a multicultural environment and a flexibility to deal with legal issues that address the need of the clients.
